By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Rento VPN in any way, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Rento VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) platform operated at rentovpn.com. We provide encrypted connections through our server network so you can browse with more privacy and reach content securely. The platform also includes a reseller panel that lets approved partners create and manage their own user accounts.
Accounts can connect using the protocols we support, which currently include OpenVPN, Xray (VLESS/VMess over WebSocket & XHTTP), Hysteria V2 and OpenConnect, across multiple server locations. Available protocols, servers and locations may be added, changed or removed at any time as we improve the network. Each account is for personal use by the account holder and the device limit assigned to it.
We work hard to keep the network fast and stable, but VPN speed depends on factors outside our control — your local internet connection, distance to the server, device, network congestion and the site you are reaching. Speeds, uptime and "always online" indicators are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. Any monthly data allowance shown on your account applies as stated; if you reach the limit your account may be temporarily paused until it resets or is reset by an administrator.
Approved resellers receive panel access and credits to create premium, reseller or bulk accounts for their own customers. As a reseller you agree that:
You agree not to use Rento VPN to: break any law; send spam or malware; attack, scan or disrupt other networks; commit fraud; infringe intellectual property; or harm minors. We may suspend or terminate any account engaged in such activity without refund.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (PayFast and Paystack). Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions and reseller plans are prepaid for the term you select. Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Keep your renewal current to avoid interruption.
Keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
We respect your privacy and aim to collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your personal data. Details of what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update, maintain, suspend or discontinue features (including servers, protocols, pricing and the reseller program) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rento VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss arising from service interruptions, data limits, or factors outside our control.
